Do I need a VAT number to place an order with you?

Yes, you must have a VAT number. We do not deliver to private individuals.

Is VAT payable at the time of placing the order if my place of business is located within the European Union?

No, VAT is not payable at the time of placing the order if your place of business is located within the European area (Schengen).

My place of business is located in Belgium. Do I have to pay VAT when placing my order?

Yes, because our company ‘Seiyu’ has its registered office in Belgium, VAT is payable on all orders placed by companies whose registered office is also located in Belgium.

When do I need to pay for my order?

For a first order, payment is required before the goods are dispatched.

What are the delivery times?

The goods are prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment is received.
Please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive.

 

Do you have stock available at all times?

For orders of 5 and 10 ml, yes !

You offer wooden boxes containing 3 or 6 essential oils. Is it possible to change the type of essential oil contained in each box?

Yes, it is possible to modify the contents of each box set.
Initially, these boxes were presented with essential oils whose unit cost was lower than that of certain rare essential oils, which are more expensive. It is possible to change the variety of oils presented in these boxes to rare essential oils. In this case, please refer to our price list to calculate the cost price of the box you will be presenting to your customers.

Why are some essential oils more expensive than others?

Some plants contain very little essential oil, so a large quantity must be distilled to obtain a small volume of oil.
For example, 500 kg of yuzu peel is needed to produce 1 kg of essential oil.
